Yes, all our glass straws are made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass and are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing with the included brush for longest lifespan.
➤ How should I care for my matcha whisk?
Our bamboo matcha whisks should be rinsed with warm water after each use and air dried completely. Never soak them or put in dishwasher. Store in a dry place to prevent mold.
Returns & Warranty
➤ What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
➤ What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
